Review of GlassesShop.com

I wear contacts. I have for a very long time, and for the most part I love them. While I'm wearing them, I can almost forget for a second that I'm incredibly visually impaired. Sometimes, though, my eyes just get TIRED. When it starts feeling like I shoved sandpaper into my eyes, I tend to wish I had a nice pair of glasses so I can ditch the contacts for a while. I haven't had a new pair since college (at least 10 years ago) and my eyes have changed a bit since then. Plus, I'm pretty sure I lost them anyway. So, when GlassesShop.com contacted me and asked if I would review their glasses, I was ecstatic.

Being an avid reader, the ability to see is vital. Let's see how I look trying to read without contacts/glasses.

This is definitely not going to work

Yeah, not so good. Luckily, GlassesShop.com was there to help me out of my little dilemma. I chose the pair of glasses I liked; you can even upload a picture of yourself and virtually try on glasses to make sure you find ones that make you look fabulous! They shipped very fast and came in a nice plastic protective case.

They also come with a cloth to keep your lenses nice and smudge free.

They are black and transparent purple in color. Very sleek. They also seem very sturdy and well made.

I'm very picky with glasses and was worried I wouldn't like them. All of that worrying was pointless, because it turns out I love my new frames! Now I can feel free to give my eyes a rest from contacts and curl up with a good book that I can actually see.

Please ignore the fact that I look like a hot mess (just got off of work). Focus on the pretty glasses!

I bet at this point you're at least a little curious about this website where I got my awesome new prescription eyeglasses, GlassesShop.com. Not only do they have a great variety of gorgeous cheap glasses, they also have a wonderful selection of sunglasses. You can even get prescription sunglasses, which is awesome! They definitely make finding new eyeglasses online fun and simple.

Now I can tell you about some great deals you can take advantage of! First, you can get 50% off on eyeglasses and sunglasses with free lenses (excluding sale frames) by using the coupon code GSHOT50. They are also running a "first pair free" deal which, as I'm sure you can guess, lets you pick out your first pair of glasses/sunglasses for free - all you have to pay is shipping and handling!

I hope you all take advantage of the offers and find a pair of glasses/sunglasses that you love!

Disclaimer: I received a free pair of glasses from GlassesShop.com in exchange for an honest review.
